REFUND POLICY

We value your engagement with Certificateplace.com. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for classroom or Virtual or online training courses.

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Certificateplace.com website you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

Certificateplace.com, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

•            In case Certificateplace.com cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.

•            If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more, prior to the event, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.

•            If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.

Cancellation & Refunds: Virtual or Online Training

• If the cancellation is done by the delegate within 48 hours of subscribing, 20% will be deducted as administration fee.
• If the cancellation is done by the delegate after 48 hours of subscribing no refund will be made.
• In case of third party courses (eg. PMP, Cloud Computing etc..),  No Refund will be made
• No refund will be made to the delegate after 48 hours of subscribing to the course.
• Certificateplace.com will not refund amount paid for online practice tests. Candidates should review all the provided information before purchasing.

Imp Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.

Cancellation & Refunds: Examination Fees

Examination fees paid by corporate or individual candidate is valid for the calendar year.

Prepaid exam booking payment is non-refundable and any rescheduling charges should be borne by candidate or corporate

Individual or corporate to avail the examinations for candidate as per agreed schedule

Certificateplace.com will not refund or book examination for individual or corporate candidates if the agreed time frame is lapsed

If employees has paid amount through company account, employee should avail the exam in same calendar year. In case the same employee change the company, he or she cannot claim the exam booking from certificateplace.com for the paid amount.

In case of online exam voucher, validity is as per respective certification body’s discretion or maximum of 6 month period from the date of booking exam through certificateplace.com.
